测试工程师：

工作内容：

·  负责芯片测试相关的软件（测试程序）和硬件（探针测试和较终测试）开发；

·  负责模拟、混合信号、大功率器件产品以及电源管理产品的测试服务，主要包括汽车电子和工业消费产品编写测试程序、及开发测试硬件；

·  产品工程师、芯片研发工程师以及应用工程师一起定义产品、改进产品、并保证产品的测试质量；

· 在ATE系统上和EVB上对产品器件进行特性评估；

·  协助产品工程师进行产品产品评估和质量验证实验；

·  负责对产品从新产品导入到量产之间的进度安排进行合理补充，包括与测试有关的软件方面（如：测试程序）和硬件方面（如：测试针卡、测试板）；

·  通过团队合作，对产品生产上遇到的产品良品率问题进行跟踪、分析以及解决；

·  在保证产品质量的前提下尽可能降低测试成本；

·  支持产品导入中的各环节、各部门，使工作顺利展开；

岗位要求：

·   电子工程相关经验丰富，本科或硕士学历

·   英语说/写流利，达到CET四级水平

·   较强的软硬件开发、调试能力 （C\C++, VB, etc.)

·   良好的协调沟通能力及团队合作精神

·   了解半导体物理特性及晶圆生产流程的更佳

·   精通自动化测试设备和测试理论

·   较强的数据综合分析能力

Test Engineer (Global Operations, Advanced Analog)

·  Job Responsibility:

· Responsible for testing related SW (test program) & HW (probe card/load board) implementation  from engineering to production on project schedule;

· Develop test hardware and software for Advanced Analog products, include automotive or non-auto products;

· Work with related product, design and application engineers to define, develop and ensure quality of testing methodologies;

·  Evaluate device characteristics;

·  Assist Product Engineers and Device Engineers in product evaluation and qualification;

· Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work;

· Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality;

· Support production test partners such as FAB, FMO, foundry and test house;

· Qualifications:

· Strong Analog Electronics competences with power device skills and automotive environment knowledge preferred.  

· BS degree in Electronic Engineering, electrical Engineering or micro-electronics related; Master Degree is preferred.  

· Strong knowledge/experience on hardware or software development, debugging, good at computer language (C\C++, VB, etc.)

·  Good communication skill, fluent English written/spoken；

· Ability to work as a part of a cross-functional team consisting of representatives from Silicon Technology, Assembly, Test, Design, Marketing, and Systems groups.

· Knowledge of semiconductor physics and silicon fabrication process is a plus.

·  Test instrumentation techniques and methodology 

·  Strong synthesis and analysis skills.  

·  Good leadership and teamwork.
